- Negative pressure system – 12 inch fan in each room are $560 each. The big fan and hood assembly in the farrowing house to draw air through on those hot summer days costs $1350
- Cool center in the center of this negative pressure system. A new hood costs $500
- Very important to have these covers over the cool cell in the winter to control air flow

- When you have the room in the preheat room, why not have a sink and hot water to make live easier for you.
- Each room has ECM controls – These are really nice units -New cost budget is $1500 each.
- dripper system – These are great to run on those hot days – $350 new

- 10 vittetoe rear load crates – Mine run down the aisle and jump right in the crate with ease. The crates & flooring are $2300 each
- Air enters the rooms through these wall vents in the summer . New cost is $125 each .You can still get those push button on off controls out of the Netherlands at $100 each
- 2012 10 crate by 100 head nursery – 12 ft by 88 feet long – This building is over $200 k if bought new today
- Negative pressure system works great in this nursery room. inlets are over $100 each
- 6 pens in the nursery area. Vittetoe feeders are $275 each LB is $500. 11 Flooring rails are $54 each, spaced every foot. 12′ by 24″ Nursery maxima flooring is $15 each. Vertical rod gating is $20 a linear foot
