has 8 pens and is considered a 200/hd building. I did iso weans and had them in the unit for 8 weeks at a time. Usually came out of the building at 60 pounds or better if they were really good pigs

Preheat room – purchased late dec. of 1995 and the first group would have been put in the winter of 96. The last group to go out was this last march of 18

. All the fan motors have been replace at least once and I know one has been replaced twice. The fan control was replaced within the last five years.

The shingles have been replace within the last 10 years. The building was always cleaned between groups

There are two reasons I will not be using the building any more. I’m up in age and ready to quit pigs. The other is the local farmer who i have raised for is l also ready to cut back so was not going to need the building any more. So just looked like the time to be done. If you need anymore information I’ll be happy to provide what ever I can.
