The buildings are 15 years old. Very good condition. They hold 50 head each. The shorter one has a 6′ preheat room, and the longer one has a 12′ preheat room with the mixer, water heater, etc. They are still in use. I will empty them on about September 15. I can have them cleaned up & ready to move by October 1st. Buildings will come with all equipment including water heater, milk mixer, sensaphone alarm system, mini fridge, spare LB White heater, heater parts, 2 spare fan motors, & spare motor for mixer.
